So IlluXcon was awesome, as usual. If this journal popped up in your feed then you should probably go next year because if you like my work you will love IlluXcon, that's where everyone I look up to goes. Anyway it was pretty exciting, I had my first artists table experience.

Awesome artists like Justin Gerard, Matthew Stewart, Steve Prescott, and Donato Giancola are just a few of the many fantastic artists that stopped by my table to admire/ critique my work. Needless to say I can't wait to apply the advice I was given. I've got some big plans for future works so stay tuned.
I'm almost halfway done with my Senior year at Columbus College of Art & Design, and it's been going pretty well. I've been trying to solidify my personal branding and start honing in on my personal style, and overall just increase the quality of my work. A sad lack of time has made that somewhat difficult. In other news I got engaged. That's pretty cool. Early June next year my bachelor days will be over.
My cousin Qavah, whom many of you may remember from a past journal is still struggling to recover from her bone marrow transplant. I don't know exactly how long it's been since she first went through the surgery but it seems like forever and hopefully she will manage to pull through soon. You thoughts and prayers are always appreciated.
On a lighter note, boy am I ready for The Hobbit. I know some people are skeptical but I've learned not to be picky when it comes to movies. Along with that comes The Lego sets, which I am pretty excited about. I'm only two sets short of collecting the entire Lord of The Rings range, and needless to see The Hobbit range will be mine shortly thereafter. Speaking of Lego I've just started on another Lego themed project, hmm what could it be?
Oh yeah and I finally got rid of that silly hyphen in my name. A special shout out to

for the 1 month premium membership which then spurred me to buy 2 more years haha.
Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving/ Potato picking/ whatever happens where you live at this time.
