The Destroyer by WesTalbott The Destroyer by WesTalbott
This is my 2nd try after The Hunter at blending my curvilinear lines with the rendering of my usual work. I chose to make the rendering a bit more modest and laid back. I'm very happy with the turn out with this one. Next semester I'm planning to do a series of fairytale themed pieces and this style so I should get plenty of practice with it then.

This is not based on any particular story but more just a representation of the menacing danger that dragons often pose in fairytales. After all if there's not a problem to be solved whats the point of a hero?

For some reason this reminds me of a lot of stuff like The Dragons of Pern, Conan and Forgotten Realms... Good work!!
