I've been wanting to revisit my original Darksiders character for awhile now, this contest gave me a good excuse.

Scrios the Archangel of destruction returns! This time he brought some friends to help him destroy the wicked and demons left on the earth.

oh yeh and I consider this a personal breakthrough so let me know what you think.

I think you managed to bring both might and presence to the main angels. They really have that spark of personality to pose as main chars. The blood-moon and the flying angels on the background have also added enormous depth and atmosphere to the whole. The things I dislike are the ?zombies? on the first plan. They are too exposed by light to be scary, and their decay signs and wounds seem unnatural. I have the feeling they work superfluous in the whole context, for the real power of this drawing lies in the angels, the moon and the ruined post-apocalyptical scenario.

In my humble opinion the final score of this drawing would be an 8.5 in a scale ranging from zero to ten.
